We may use and disclose your PHI to obtain payment for services provided to you.

How consumer data will be used and shared: We collect your phone number and email to send appointment reminders, updates, to collect any balance dues, schedule appointments, discuss your medical results, and discuss other information regarding your healthcare and our Comprehensive Foot & Ankle Specialists business.
